Gary Osborn, CDT:
Gary Osborn has over 30 years experience as a dental laboratory technician and educator. He received his training as a dental technician in the United States Air Force, Sheppard AFB Texas. Prior to joining Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc., Gary taught Dental Laboratory Technology at the Department of Defense Dental Laboratory School at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. In addition, he also worked as a dental product evaluator for the United States Air Force Dental Evaluation and Consultation Service at Great Lakes Naval Station, Illinois. He is currently a Technical Consultant working in the Ivoclar Vivadent Technical Services and Education Department. As a Technical Consultant, Gary’s primary responsibilities include Product Support, Troubleshooting, and Educational courses in the All-Ceramic and Metal Ceramic areas. Gary has given numerous presentations to laboratory groups in the United States and Canada.
Jerry Varner, CDT:
Jerry has over 22 years experience as a dental laboratory technician and educator. He received his training as a dental technician in the United States Navy, Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas in 1998. Prior to joining Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc., Jerry taught Dental Laboratory Technology at the Department of Defense Dental Laboratory School at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. In addition, he also served as dental technician in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. After his retirement from the Air Force in 2016 he worked for the Department of Defense at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada as a Dental Technician and later joined Ivoclar Vivadent as a Technical Consultant working in the Technical Services and Education Department.
