Predictible ways to achieve esthetic results with direct anterior restorations
For esthetic anterior direct composite restorations, the clinician must have a comprehensive understanding of the colour, translucency and morphology of natural tooth structures as well as the material science and restorative techniques involved. Participants will learn how to carry out esthetic tooth preparation designs and how to apply anatomical layering techniques involving different colours and translucencies/opacities to achieve a true-to-nature result that is almost indistinguishable to the human eye.
- Esthetic tooth preparation techniques for perfect optical integration
- Control of value, chroma, translucency and opalescence
- Anatomical build-up techniques to restore the natural tooth shape
